Tier 1

The ideation bootcamp & 8-week program

Ideation Bootcamp: The Business Ideation Bootcamp is an intensive program designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs refine their ideas, validate their business concepts, and build a solid foundation for success. Through expert guidance, hands-on activities, and peer collaboration, participants will develop innovative strategies, identify market opportunities, and gain the confidence to launch their ventures

8-Week Program: After completing the Ideation Bootcamp, individuals with a well-developed business plan can proceed to the structured 8-week program. Facilitated by Delta Family’s business expert partners, the program covers the basic foundations of entrepreneurship, providing access to essential business resources and guidance.

Tier 2

16-Week intensive program & 6-month one-on-one coaching)

16-Week Program: The 16-Week Program is designed for those looking to refine their skills after completing the Tier 1, 8-week program. This curriculum focuses on unique value propositions, clarifying business objectives, and building a strong foundation in Social Assumptions, Mind Over Matter, and individual values.

These elements, along with others, help participants develop a resilient mindset, understand societal dynamics, and establish clear values that drive their business decisions. The program includes weekly 2-hour group sessions. By the end of the program, participants will have a feasible business model grounded in these core principles.

Six-Month One-on-One Business Coaching: Following the 16-week program, participants will engage in one-hour weekly one-on-one sessions with a business coach. During these sessions, they will focus on live aspects of their businesses, including brand identity, marketing, social media, and other key areas, to implement strategies for growth.

These personalized sessions provide tangible support, helping participants stay on track, remain motivated, and actively apply business strategies to drive their entrepreneurial success.
